If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I brought my truck in because of a broken wheel hub. To their credit, they took my truck in right away, but that's where the positives end. The mechanic replaced both front hub seals but failed to tell me that the wheel bearing on the damaged hub was also bad. Any experienced mechanic should have inspected the bearing while everything was apart. Instead, I was sent back on the road with a failing bearing. Not long after leaving, the wheel bearing completely failed, my steer tire came off, and what should have been a straightforward repair turned into a catastrophic and extremely expensive one. This entire situation could have been avoided if the mechanic had done a proper inspection and been honest about what they found. It's unbelievable that a shop as large and well-known as Love's would let a truck leave in this condition. I trusted them to identify safety issues while performing the repair, and they failed. This wasn't just an inconvenienceβ€”it created a dangerous situation that put my safety and everyone else on the road at risk. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. If you value your truck, your money, and your safety

Shop Manager Leslie went extra mile to help me out, he made sure I got the right things before hitting the road. Thank you Sir.

Let me tell you the truth: it was disgusting and disappointing. It took 12 hours from the time I entered the repair shop to leave to replace the trailer oil seal. They didn't work and kept delaying the time. They just wanted to delay the time until the end of the day and then tell you that you have to pay the bill immediately. The bill was about $800 and they deliberately didn't fix it. After I drove 70 miles, I found that the wheel hub temperature was very high and one of my tires was flat. I had to find another truck repair company for help. If you don't believe it, you can try it yourself.

I came here with no clearance light for the trailer They take me right away. There was very professional and polite, and they just changed the fuse. After the diagnostic. The price was very reasonable. Thank you guys.

"Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up about this location. Last night, I had a girl knocking on my door at 12 am and then again at 4 am. I'm pretty sure she's looking for customers. I already informed the security guard, but just a friendly reminder to lock your doors. Better safe than sorry. Stay safe!"
